About Pegazi

Pegazi (Matthieu Hernandez) is a French music composer and producer based in Paris.
Classically trained in piano at the conservatory and a multi-instrumentalist, he began his career as the co-founder of the band Mehari, performing extensively in France and internationally.
In 2013, he collaborated with filmmaker Emir Kusturica to Serbia to contribute to the music of On the Milky Road, starring Monica Bellucci — an experience that marked the beginning of his transition toward film scoring.
In 2017, he composed the music for an international Citroën campaign with Havas, before developing his work across advertising, film and television for international brands and productions.
As a producer and co-publisher of his own catalogue, he has collaborated with Cézame Music Agency on four albums and now works exclusively with La Crème / Alter K for synchronization.
His recent screen work includes the original score for Prime Video comedy show The Liars’ Club (Prime Video/Endemol), the film Mariage sans fin, and the Amazon MGM Studios series Campus Drivers.
He currently works between artist projects, original scores and music production for film, television and advertising.
